Seumalo, who will provided an instant upgrade on the Steelers' offensive line, has .. disputes reports of his asking price.Over the past week, there had been some reports suggesting that Odell is looking for $20 million per year in a potential contract, but over the weekend, he seemed to indicate that those reports are wrong, "I'm just so confused where the quote is from me that said I want 20.....all I'm sayin is 4 AINT enough," Odell . No matter where Odell signs, it likely won't be with the Cowboys because they are apparently after trading for Brandin Cooks. pick up fifth-year option. It was that this was going to happen, and now, the Dolphins have finally gone through with it. By picking up the option, this means the Dolphins are now on the Derek Carrier Jersey hook to pay Tua $23.17 million for the 2024 season (he'll make $1.01 million during the upcoming season). When Tua is healthy, he's certainly worth that money, but the Dolphins could find themselves in a dicey situation if he's battling injuries again in 2023.

The Jets are going all-in in their quest to hoist the Lombardi Trophy for a second time in franchise history. Ahead of Week 2 of the preseason, New York added another reliable backfield threat to their roster, inking four-time Pro Bowl RB Dalvin Cook to a one-year deal. Cook's addition is a welcomed sight for Jets fans and futures bettors, but from a fantasy football perspective, it complicates New York's backfield, making fantasy owners question which running back is the better own in 2023.With Cook signing a one-year deal, it would seem as if Hall will be, at best, "eased in" over the first several weeks of the regular season, but the second-round pick was just activated off the PUP list, officially returning to practice on Aug. 15. Additionally, ,"Hall now will ramp up with the hopes of being ready for the Week 1 Monday night matchup vs. Buffalo."It's a great sign to see Hall making steady progre s after tearing his ACL in Week 7 last season, but should you expend early-round draft capital on a back who's sure to be locked into a timeshare alongside Cook?Below, we'll break down Hall's and Cook's 2023 fantasy outlook and Gerald Henderson Jersey decide whether they're smart draft picks in fantasy football leagues.DOMINATE YOUR DRAFT: According to the , Hall (knee) officially returned to practice as of Tuesday, Aug. 15 after being taken off the active/physically unable to perform list. Barring any setbacks, Hall is on track to return to game action when the Jets host the Bills on Monday Night Football in Week 1 on Sept. 11.However, just because Hall is likely to be active in Week 1 doesn't mean he's a must-start from a fantasy perspective. The Jets likely wouldn't have given Cook a one-year deal if Hall was a sure thing to return to see 67 percent of the Jets RB touches as he did from Weeks 4-6 last season, the time in which Hall separated himself as the team's bona fide RB1.In those three weeks before his season-ending ACL tear, Hall saw at least 17 carries with six total receptions, averaging 21.2 PPR points, ranking him as the overall RB5 over that stretch. Don't expect that type of workload early on, but it's fair to see Hall totaling 15-plus touches as the season progre ses.Additionally, pegs Hall as a "very high risk" for injury, projecting the back to mi s 2.55 Jahlil Okafor Jersey games due to injury this season. Hall's meniscus and ACL injuries are the only two he's suffered dating back to his time at Iowa State, and although he's stayed relatively-healthy throughout his career, DraftSharks has him as one of their highest-risk RBs.2023 PPR RANKINGS: | | | | | | | | Per, Hall currently sits as the overall RB14 in standard and PPR formats, with an ADP of 34. Given Hall was a top-five PPR RB once he started to get a reliable workload, it looked like there would be value in drafting the second-year back as a late-third-round pick in 12-team formats, but with Cook now in the fold, can Hall end the season as a top-14 RB?His versatility in the running and receiving game makes him just as valuable in PPR and standard formats, but can we expect the Iowa State product to play over 67 percent of snaps as he did in his final three games before the injury? If he separates himself as the Jets' RB1 down the stretch of the fantasy season, then drafting him at his ADP is justified, but we're a bit skeptical that it actually comes to fruition. In standard formats, other RBs coming off the board around the same time as Hall include Joe Mixon (RB12), Travis Etienne Jr. (RB13), Dameon Pierce (RB15), and Jahmyr Gibbs (RB16). In PPR formats, those RBs include Najee Harris (RB11), Travis Etienne Jr. (RB12), Jahmyr Gibbs (RB14), and Joe Justin Anderson Jersey Mixon (RB15). Frankly, we'd lean toward drafting every one of those RBs ahead of Hall given each back's projected workload is more pronounced entering the season.2023 STANDARD RANKINGS: | | | | | | | | Hall still has RB2 upside in both standard and PPR formats, but the emergence of Cook undoubtedly caps his fantasy ceiling. With Hall still on the PUP list at the time of Cook's signing Monday night, the initial thought was Cook would handle the majority of the early-season workload with Hall easing back into action. However, with Hall now aiming to suit up in Week 1, the Jets backfield could be close to a 50-50 timeshare from the get-go.2023 FANTASY SLEEPERS | | | | | We've seen an Aaron Rodgers-led offense support two RBs in fantasy, with Aaron Jones profiling Joel Embiid Jersey as a borderline RB1 with AJ Dillion being a matchup-dependent flex/RB3. That said, givenhow talented Cook and Hall are, both running backs could be playable each week as borderline RB2/3s.The real question becomes which back separates himself as the primary two-minute and red-zone back? Will Nathaniel Hackett designate that role, or will he ride with the hot hand, complicating his squad's backfield even further? For what it's worth, Hall and Cook averaged north of 2.5 red-zone touches per game last season, posing as their squad's primary red-zone back.2023 AUCTION VALUES (Standard & PPR): | | | | | | Cook's still about a week away from joining the Jets at practice, recovering from shoulder surgery while awaiting his first child's birth. From a fantasy perspective, there weren't any perfect landing spots for Cook, but like Hall, he still profiles as a borderline RB2/3 in both PPR and standard formats.2023 POSITION TIERS & DRAFT STRATEGY: | | | | Cook did average his fewest yards per carry (4.4) in 2022 as his lingering shoulder injury impacted his performance. He voiced optimism about his shoulder injury onearlier this offseason, saying,"It's going to be a big difference, man, not just it being in my head anymore. Just me going and playing football and being me. For people that's going through, like, a similar situation, you should get your shoulder done or not, it's always in the back of your head when you take any carry. When you get the ball it's always in your head, like 'my shoulder could po sibly come out.'"has Cook as a slightly higher injury risk than Hall, as the veteran running back's suffered 13 injuries dating back to his time at Florida State. While his shoulder's been his main i sue the past couple of season's, Cook's dealt with ankle, groin, and hamstring ailments throughout his career.FANTASY DRAFT STRATEGY: | | | | Cook is coming off the board around pick No. 65 in PPR formats per, good for the overall RB27. A top-30 fantasy finish for Cook feels about right, so as long as you don't reach for either back, Cook and Hall can put up starter-worthy numbers in fantasy this season. Barring any multi-week injuries to either back, don't expect an RB1 Charles Barkley Jersey type of finish from Cook or Hall, but both should have relatively stable floors as high-upside RB2/3s. That makes both slightly overrated at their early ADPs, but as drafts stabilize closer to Week 1, they'll likely be going at appropriate points.

rookie stat line is nothing short of puzzling, and it's led some to wonder whether or not the have actually found long-term succe sor.Pickett's supporters point to his 7-6 record as a starting quarterback (that included a 4-0 finish) and his four game-winning drives. His detractors counter with his seven touchdowns against just nine interceptions and his pedestrian 63 percent completion percentage. Just one of those picks, however, occurred during Pickett's final eight starts, a drop-off Pickett attributes to getting more reps with the first-team offense after replacing in Week 4."I think just seeing it and being able to play a little bit," NBC Sports' Peter King from training camp. "Being on the practice team the first couple weeks, I wasn't able Brian Roberts Jersey to play in our system. I was just running other people's stuff. So all of my reps in our system was really mental reps."So I think after the bye week -- and I was able to play the previous three weeks -- I had a chance to get a good practice week in with the guys. Things started to slow down for me and the system felt more comfortable. I had a lot of reps, I got to see things, and I felt like the game slowed down for me a little bit. That's something that I want to continue to do; take a lot of reps out there and see different looks C.C. Sabathia Jersey . It just helps in being able to play fast on Sundays." PIT QB #8 CMP%63.0YDs2404TD7INT9YD/Att6.18 Pickett also had to deal with the challenge of facing defenses that are faster, more talented and more complex as far as schematics are concerned."I'd say volume of defense," Pickett said when asked what was the major difference between college and the pros. "In each game plan in college, you kind of would see multiple looks throughout a game. In the , you may see it one time and you may never see it again in 60-some plays that you have."Unlike last year, Pickett entered this summer's training camp as the unquestioned starter. He's used some of his early reps in camp to continue building his rapport with , a fellow second-year player who like Pickett is expected to make Jacoby Ellsbury Jersey a significant jump this season. "We had a lot of succe s down the field last year together," Pickett said of Pickens, who made a jaw-dropping catch against . during Tuesday's practice. "I'm looking forward to building on that succe s. ... His catch radius, you just have put it in his zip code. That's what he says, just like, 'Just put it up for me and I'll come down with it.' It's been the truth, every time. When I put the ball up for him, I have no doubts that he's going to make the play. And if he doesn't, he does't, we'll just go back to him again. I have a ton of confidence in him."He wants to improve his route running and have a (bigger) route tree, which he's continuing to do, which is great to see. I'm really excited for him. The skies the limit for George."Also returning with Pickens is former Pro Bowl wideout and tight ends and . New to Austin Romine Jersey the offense this season is second-year wideout (who is having a solid start to camp after mi sing his entire rookie season with an injury), rookie tight end and former Pro Bowl receiver . Pickett is especially excited about the addition of Robinson, who came to Pittsburgh after a disappointing season with the ."I don't think Allen has anything to prove," Pickett said of Robinson, a 10-year veteran who once led the in touchdown receptions. "He's a veteran guy who's done it year in and year out. I'm really excited to have him here. The knowledge that he has of the game, understanding offensive and defense football."He really sees the field like a quarterback. So when you have a receiver like that with that kind of IQ who's played a lot of ball, it's really nice to have out there. Kind of like having a security blanket in terms of a guy who knows how to sit down in zones and things like that and knows how to get open. I'm really happy to have him on our team." Pickett was also asked about whether or not he has thought about the Steelers' rich history that includes Hall of Fame quarterback Terry Bradshaw and Roethlisberger, who will surely be inducted in Canton, Ohio, during his first year of eligibility. While he is ultimately hoping to be mentioned among the Steelers' all-time great quarterbacks, his thoughts are currently on the present."It can't help me right now," Pickett said. "I hope I can look back in a couple years after I'm done playing that it was Terry, Ben and then myself and I have a good run. There's a lot that has to happen until then, but that's something, I think, down the road you can look at. Right now, I'm just trying to go out there and win games Jorge Posada Jersey ."One step at a time, but hopefully, at the end of the road, I can look back and say that."

PHILADELPHIA -- Doug Pederson did his best to downplay his homecoming to Philadelphia all week. But not even Pederson could ignore all he did for the franchise and all the people who played a role in him being responsible for the Eagles snapping a 57-year championship drought and capturing their first Super Bowl title Sheldon Richardson Jersey .In the aftermath of the ' 29-21 lo s to the Eagles, Pederson still tried to deemphasize his return to the stadium where there's a statue that sits in the Pepsi Gate in the north end zone for the fans to see. When a coach does enough for a city, it's hard to completely turn the page."At the end of the day, I have a job to do and get the Jags ready to play, but it was good to see a lot of people," Pederson said after the game. "When you spend as much time here as we did, do the things we did, it was good to Kareem Hunt Jersey see a lot of people."From the players to the media, Pederson was beloved in a city starving for a Super Bowl championship. He certainly earned the respect of the players who suited up in midnight green for all five years when he was the head coach. and chatted with their former coach for several minutes before the game, giving him the same love he showed them during his time in Philadelphia. was able to get Pederson's Jaguars coat as a gift, something he proudly showed off in the Eagles locker room. The biggest compliment of all came from , who only played for Pederson for one season -- albeit a special one.If it wasn't for Pederson and his knowledge of quarterbacks, Hurts isn't in a Philadelphia Eagles uniform. As the two hugged at midfield, Hurts had some powerful words for his first head coach in the NFL."I told Doug, 'I really appreciate you and have a lot of respect for you.' And I told him, 'I thank you because you're the reason I'm here,'" an emotional Hurts said after the game. "I have a lot of love and respect for him. His way of coaching, his coaching style and the way he does things, the great things he's doing in Jacksonville right now. "I have a lot of respect for him and I wish him nothing but the best moving forward." PHI QB #1 CMP%66.7YDs1120TD4INT2YD/Att9.11 Pederson is embarking on a new chapter in his life with the Jaguars, a team that gave the Eagles all they can handle early in Sunday's game. Jacksonville built a 14-0 lead in the pouring rain Bernie Kosar Jersey before Philadelphia shifted momentum, yet the Jaguars still had a chance to tie the game with under two minutes left.Five turnovers doomed the Jaguars, as Sunday's turnover barrage was reminiscent of last year's disastrous team. These Jaguars are .500 through four games and believe in their coach, confident his philosophy is going to change the culture in Jacksonville. "We feel like the underdog always and we're always going to be the underdog," Jaguars wide receiver said. "And we're just going to keep fighting to prove to ourselves that we can be the team that we know we can be. When we're at our best, we feel like we can play with anybody."Sound familiar? Baker Mayfield Jersey That's the underdog mentality that had the city of Philadelphia embrace Pederson. The mentality that earned Philadelphia a championship in just Pederson's second season. That culture is now in Jacksonville. As the Eagles fans give Pederson an ovation that hasn't been heard since Brian Dawkins faced his former team for the first time, Pederson can finally turn the page and create the same championship mentality in Jacksonville that he created in Philadelphia. The Eagles saw that Sunday. "Obviously, you see what he's doing with his football team. He's doing a good job with this football team. That's a tough team. That's a good football team. He's got them confident and believing," Eagles head coach Nick Jarvis Landry Jersey Sirianni said. "When I feel like a guy is a really good coach and has a really good team, I like to tell him."Best compliment I can give is, 'Hey, your team is really well coached.' I like to pay that compliment to guys that I believe that about."The Jaguars are in good hands with Pederson. The results are coming, too.

The ' 2022 campaign came to an end on Sunday as they fell to the 19-12 in the divisional round of the NFL playoffs. I just made a play on the ball, G (Germaine Pratt) helped make a play on the ball and bust it out, and Sam (Hubbard) was able to run it down to the other end zone.
