Mmoexp FUT 23:It doesn't make the situation any better from DonnaStella's blog

Beyond consolidating the transfer market the FUT 23 Coins transfer market, there have been no substantial changes to EA's morally questionable approach to microtransactions, but I did notice that the ratings are now increasing during the glitzy reveal that makes it feel even more like a bandit with only one arm...

Despite consistent pressure from regulators, microtransactions with pay-to-win are not a problem for FIFA 23. Loot boxes are available in the form of player-filled cards within FIFA's highly-rated Ultimate Team mode. You can buy FIFA Points in bundles, starting from PS0.79 per 100 FIFA Points and rising to a staggering PS79.99 which is 12,000 FIFA Points. An Premium Gold Package is priced at 150 FIFA Points. It includes 12 gold-rated gamers or consumables which can be used in-game or sold on exchange markets.

According to the company's policy, EA told Eurogamer that FUT Lootboxes "are an element the game of FIFA that players love," and that "giving players the freedom to spend whenever they'd like can be fair." It doesn't have plans to change its approach to "surprise mechanics" unless laws are passed that force it to.

It doesn't make the situation any better however, it's worth mentioning that as a result of these laws, you are able to have the ability to set weekly limits for FIFA points and pack opening within Ultimate Team, and see the likelihood of getting the highest-rated player prior to opening the pack. FIFA 23 also features preview packs that are time-bound so you can look at what's inside a pack before you buy it. However, at present, this only applies to one card that renews itself once per day.

FIFA 23 is a bombastic swan song for the series (under buying FIFA 23 Coins the current title at least) featuring a fresh focus on theatrical flair. FUT Moments, action replays and multiplayer updates that are viral-friendly like Power Shots make it a more thoughtful, memorable game of simulated football that includes intentional defense as well as plenty of action and goals.
