Preceptor Seluvis, or just Seluvis is an NPC in Elden Ring. He's a wizard who works with Ranni The Witch. Seluvis is an extremely egotistical mage who Elden Ring Runes believes in himself. Seluvis won't be willing to instruct players until they have completed their quest prior to completing. If the Class or Build that players chose doesn't require Intelligence, then the Spells he possesses won't help.
Seluvis plays a significant NPC for anyone who wishes to fulfill Ranni's questline Elden Ring. Evidently, Seluvis is the Sorcerer will guide Tarnished to someone who knows how to get to Nokron which is one of the Eternal City. He is seen in two places and is in two forms.
Where to Find Seluvis In Elden Ring
Preceptor Seluvis can be seen in two locations: as a spectral form in Ranni's Rise and physical form in Seluvis's Rise. Both towers can be found inside this Three Sisters area. To reach it the players must begin from Caria Manor. The castle is located north from Liurnia of the Lakes.
When you have lit The Main Caria Manor Gate Site of Lost Grace, head inside to the huge statue. The room is filled with Hand Spiders and less hand Spiders. They're easy to kill, so Tarnished might as well kill them in order to gain simple Runes. Then:
Turn north and go through two doors that are massive.
Climb the stairs where there's a Site of Lost Grace.
Step out of the room through the sole door in the room and prepare to cross the bridges.
Try to avoid the Knight Spirits that'll appear, as they have a trap which could force Tarnished off the bridge.
Take a walk around the first tower and cross the second bridge.
Turn left and then use the lift for access to the upper level.
Lighting on the Site of Lost Grace, then leave the room. There are Direwolves in the area Be cautious. Next, climb the big staircases that lead past Pages and the Giant Troll along with the Pages until a huge circular archway appears. Inside is Royal Knight Loretta and the door leads to Three Sisters. Take her down and run out the door by using Torrent. Three big towers can be seen right away and include: Renna's Rise and Ranni's Rise And Seluvis's Rise.
To meet the spectral form Go to the tower at the middle and climb to the top of the tower. Speak with Ranni to begin her quest. Once you're there, go back to the beginning floor and speak with Seluvis. He'll inform the players that should they ever need him, Tarnished will be waiting for them in his tower.
To meet his physical form, simply exit Ranni's Rise and follow Torrent to the left. Keep an eye out for the dragon. Then, jump off the small cliff and enter the tower. Seluvis will be waiting. If you talk to Seluvis, he'll hand players the potion and his quest will begin. After completing all of his duties, the Sorcerer will then be willing to give his knowledge to players Spells. These spells are:
Carian Phalanx (12000 Runes)
Carian Retaliation (9000 Runes)
Glintstone Icecrag (7500 Runes)
Freezing Mist Sorceries (6000 Runes)
Be sure to buy everything before Cheap Elden Ring Items you complete Ranni's questline as he'll die at the conclusion.
