RuneScape - To contribute to saving the Earth's warming from MMOgrfy's blog

"Yes, to confirm, the alch value of runescape 3 gold nature runes has been altered. This was not due to BOTS. I'd like to make clear why that was done. This update was not in any way a cave-in to the bots/rwt'rs that some conspiracy theoryists claim to exist on RS. Our game is 100% bot-free.

It was interesting to note that it started out due to an unintentional payback from a employee here, but, as it turns out, it was a good decision. Mod WhatsBotting, my colleague was driving around early in the morning on a crisp Monday morning. To contribute to saving the Earth's warming and to stop it from becoming a raging volcano in just a few billion years, he likes to take public transportation. When he is on his way from the busstop to school, he makes a stop at the elementary school in the area.

Since our Jagex headquarters is located close to the main elementary school's campus, the kids are familiar with Jagex games and most of them play Runescape. Mod WhatsBotting was walking by the school, when a bunch of mean children started to yell at him and taunt with a variety of phrases, including "HAHAHA Failgex Employee!" You're games so fail you can alch nature runes to make money now:L" and "When you're going to switch from Runescape to Leescape"

Mod WhatsBotting was already having an extremely difficult day. The crumpets he was eating were cold and he'd not yet had his tea. He couldn't find his Ipad and forgot to drink his Zoloft. So, Mod WhatsBotting was already extremely depressed, and the comments of his children affected him.

While on the bus, he thought about it and decided to take an oath against the kids by lowering their natural rune alch prices. Mod WhatsBotting is high in the food chain and no one is able to override his desicion except for Paul who is away at Crumpetfest 2011. For now, the alch prices will stay. Don't believe all the false bots and buy rs07 fire cape conspiracy theories.
